Bay of Kotor beaches

Budva Riviera
Busy, developed, family-friendly. Mogren is the pick if you're staying in Budva. Bečići and Rafailovići are longer, more resort-feeling.
The southern coast
Sutomore is a locals' favourite — long sand-and-pebble beach, cheaper drinks, less scene. Velika Plaža near Ulcinj is 12 km of near-empty sand. Ada Bojana is windsurfing country.
Skadar Lake beaches
Yes, really. Murići is the accessible one; a handful of southern-shore private-tour beaches are the quiet ones. Water is warm from June to September and the swim views are unlike anything on the coast.
