Podgorica to Skadar Lake — Day Trips, Transfers, Timing

Podgorica isn't a tourist city, but it's Montenegro's transport hub and it sits about 35 minutes from Virpazar. If you have half a day between flights or meetings, Skadar Lake is genuinely doable — and much more rewarding than the city itself.

35–45 minutes to Virpazar via the E762. Traffic through Podgorica's southern outskirts is the main variable.
